Gifts

Each year at Christmas we think about what to give others. We think about the
people– their likes and dislikes then we set out to purchase the gifts we want them to have. Most of the time those gifts are tangible, they are gifts that a person can touch, smell or taste.

But have you ever thought about giving something that will last long into the years? Something that the recipient will remember and hold in their heart?

Why not consider the gifts listed below? These are gifts Jesus gave to us freely yet we hesitate to pass them on…

To your enemy: forgiveness.
To an opponent: tolerance.
To a friend: your heart.
To a customer: service.
To all: charity.
To every child: a good example.
To yourself: respect.
